Requirements: 7+ (5+ for Seniors) years strong embedded SW ( software ) design & development engineering experience with C or C++ programming. Pluses: ATM ( Asynchronous Transfer Mode ) experience is a major plus, as are UNIX, and TCP/IP. We need to add additional designers & Creative Geniuses to our already impressive team. Undergraduate & advanced degrees are a recognized plus, but are not required. These positions report directly to a very technically experienced & congenial Director of SW Development. Responsibilities:  The software team creates independent SW products in addition to supporting the internal software needs of our microwave radio systems. Significant growth is underway within a new marketing group supporting our SW products. Principal SW Engineers will be afforded Project Leadership roles IF they wish to develop managerial skills.
