Strong ability to identify scheduling & implementation issues upfront and take corrective measures Strong technical background required with experience in databases, client-server and web applications DESIRED BACKGROUND Experience building client server applications for real time, business critical needs on the web Experience implementing and supporting call tracking, customer support applications Experience working with US based product development teams Experience with wide range of database, application server and web technologies SQL, Java, HTML Experience with development environments for C++, Java application development. JOB DESCRIPTION Deliver the next generation, state of the art web based service applications Hire and build an engineering team to deliver on the project. Help define project calendar for the pieces to be developed by the Indian Operations Center Drive project through all stages of planning, implementation, testing and release identify and highlight dependencies and risks on an ongoing basis Maintain a project calendar and deliver on the dates Coordinate and drive engineering schedules and engineering resources Coordinate periodic (weekly) meetings to provide updates, Identify any corrections that need to be made on a proactive basis |
