We are commissioned by an established Malaysia's fastest growing
professional education & training regional centres for Information Technology
(IT). Our principal provides quality IT education aimed at meeting the critical
shortage of IT personnel at all levels. They offrs a complete range of high
quality courses in Infomation Technology ranging from specialised IT programmes,
Diploma, Higher Diploma to Bachelors Degrees, twinning Bachelors Degrees
and Masters Degree programmes. Our principal has a number of vacancies in
its Research and Development department. Successful applicants will initially
work on one of their current projects before heading their own research
efforts. Further, they will be expected to transfer their knowledge to students
through thelecturing of related subjects. Their main project, funded by
the Multimedia Development Corporation focuses on the development of realisticv
talking head models from which two applications are being developed. The
first is to assist the deaf in learning how to lipread and pronounce words.
The second is to teach conversational English. The main Technologies developed
in this project are speech processing, computer graphics and AI. Applicants
should be graduates, preferably with a Master's Degree or higher, with a
strong background in research and development in computing, Lecturing experience
