JOB DESCRIPTION: As V.P.(Development), you will be heading the technical
team and be instrumental in setting standards. You will have a purview
of all the development activities of Aspire including both on-shore and
off-shore.You will be needed to instill direction to your PM's who will
be reporting to you. You will be required to: To lead the development
center, with an ability to take over as a profit center head in a short
duration To form and implement project management systems, to
ensure timely and quality execution of projects To form and lead
a good team of developers as per company’s requirements, and to have retention
strategies to form a world-class development team To plan and
implement infrastructure for the development group To steer the
development group towards emerging technologies through training – cross-training
as well as external training To steer the development group towards
relevant standards and certifications like ISO, etc. To form
quality practices, and other productivity practices in the company to
achieve highest and consistent quality with the best productivity
To achieve maximum profitability for the group To generate P&L
and other relevant statements to have an insight to the financial of the
group
