Dear Ms. Habit:
I would like to thank you and Mr. Larbit for granting me the opportunity to
discuss the research assistant position with you. The interview was both
thorough and informative and increased my interest in this position.
I am especially interested in assisting with the development of preventative
vaccines. My experience as a research assistant at the University of Manitoba
Animal Research Labs, and my Agriculture Degree in animal science have
provided me with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this
position. The combination of working with animals and conducting research in
a team atmosphere constitute an excellent work environment for me, one in
which I excel.
